RETUN POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility:
To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging

  • “Change of mind” returns (since our product is custom-loaded with memories)

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos or a video of the issue

  • Your order number
    We will replace the item or offer a refund.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
All damage, missing item, or defective product claims must include a clear unboxing video showing the unopened package, the full unboxing process, and the issue.
Without this video, Soulsnaps cannot approve refunds or replacements.
